Discovering new friends.
I'm awfully tired as I'm writing right now, I came home 4 o'clock this night. Or morning, if you prefer to call it that... Anyway, last evening was wonderful. I went to Joel, and we tried to write some music. It went quite well, actually. His parents are really nice.
Later, some of his friends came over and joined us in our creative attempts. After a while, we went out, met up with some more of his friends, and just played for hours, just like if would've been 7 years old once again, and it was just so wonderful. These were the friends I've always wanted to have, and being with them made me realize that I was born in the wrong side of the city. As a suburban kid, I just felt at home there, with them. I was one of them.
