Head is aching and eyes are blurred, I try to whisper but all I can do is breathe. Breathe slowly, warm air fill my lungs just to get blown away. I might just as well shut up, I've got nothing important to say anyway.

I slept four hours this night, spending another four hours trying to get back to sleep after that. A complete failure, a chaotic disaster, a total defeat. Laying on a bed alone in a quiet, dark room. Listening to all those little noices, trying to ignore them. Trying to close my eyes and get back to myself. No success. Trying to think about something else, trying to not think at all and just pass away, fall into deep sleep. Still no success. Endless tries later, and I give up. I get up, I stand up in my room. I look into the darkness, see contours and shadows cast by various little objects. I see the street lights outside the window, lighting up an empty surface covered with a blanket of frost. Cold, white snow, slippery ice. Ice...

It's time to sleep again now, tomorrw is the brand new start of something new all over again.
