Take me out tonight.
Jenny Wilson has a sexy voice.
I have not done anything that I was supposed to do this week. I skipped the very last major assignment in schooll because I just couldn't get myself to do it. And When I started to think about it, I realized that it sums up my twelve years in school perfectly well: I've always skipped everything that I was supposed to do, skipped school, skipped classes, skipped homework. And for some reason, I've always gotten away with it somehow anyway. It was really depressing thought. But as long as I survive it doesn't, I guess...
These last days have been full of memories over all. There's plenty of time to think now, and there's lots and lots to look back on. One last look in the past before I leave childhood once and for all.
Today I was at Popaganda, a free pop music festival here in Sweden, and it was really nice. I saw Tunng, Final Fantasy and Jenny Wilson live, and all of them were amazing. Jenny Wilson was the last act of the evening, and right before she started to play, the rain started to pour down. Me and my friends were really cold by then, and we tried to hide from the rain under my towel. Oh, I forgot to mention... Today is the International Towel Day, as a memory of Douglas Adams. I hope you all brought your towels with you...
Anyway, there we stood in the middle of the crowd, trying to get wet and cold, and then she started to play. And I forgot everything else.
Tomorrow I'm going to Malmoe, and maybe even Kopenhagen, and I'm going to stay there for the rest of the weekend. I have no one to be with, I'm broke, I have no idea what to do and I don't know where I'm going to sleep. And somehow I still think it'll be a greatt time.
I think that this whole entry can be well summarized with a poem from the greatest swedish poet of all times, Karin Boye.
This is On The Move, the best translation I could find.

The satiated day is never the greatest.Oh, and I also have a new haircut now. Yay, I look great!
The best day is a day of thirst.
There is probably purpose and meaning in our journey
but it is the pathway there, which is worth our while.
The greatest aim is a night long rest,
where the fire is lit and the bread broken in haste.
In the place, where you sleep but once,
sleep becomes safe and the dream full of song.
Move on, move on! The new day is dawning.
Endless is our great adventure.
Important dates in history.
Those who believe.
Places to visit.
